Biography

Roxana Spînu is a PhD student at the Faculty of Psychology and Educational Sciences of University of Bucharest. Her research interests focuses on assessment reports as well as making them more efficient, in a way that will allow the decision maker to take the appropriate action. In practice, Roxana has collaborated with consulting companies such as SHL and Skill Tests, and was a part of the Research Central project.
