Biography

Sergiu Condrea is a PhD student at the Doctoral School of the Faculty of Psychology and Educational Sciences, University of Bucharest. He got his master’s degree in Occupational Health and Human Resources Performance, at the Faculty of Psychology and Educational Sciences (University of Bucharest). Also, he completed his bachelor’s degree at the Faculty of Psychology and Educational Sciences (University of Bucharest). Further, Sergiu combines research and practice in the field of I/O Psychology, being a member of the Assessment and Individual Differences Lab (AID-Lab) and a Human Resources Consultant. His research interests focus on individual differences, feedback in organizations, assessment and testing.
