Biography

Maria Daniela Postelnicu is a PhD student and associate teaching assistant at the Doctoral School of the Faculty of Psychology and Educational Sciences, University of Bucharest. She got her master’s degree in Occupational Health and Human Resources Performance, at the Faculty of Psychology and Educational Sciences (University of Bucharest). In practice, Maria worked as an organizational psychology consultant at SHL and Korn Ferry and is currently working as a certified psychotherapist. Her research interests focus on emotions and emotion regulation in the workplace.
